RDE is an IDE (Integrated Development Environment) for the script language Ruby.

• RubyWin or Copal have already existed yet. But I want a GUI debugger for ruby. So I make it.
• The base of RDE is the GUI wrapper of the debug.rb. And RDE have a useful editor.
• Editor function's is enhanced from 0931. You can use rde as the editor for writing ruby script.
